Two "time sensitive" Indiana University construction projects have been put back on Friday's State Budget Committee agenda as a consequence of discussions between university officials and State Sen. Luke Kenley, R-Noblesville.

An estimated $1.5 million resurfacing of the Billy Hayes Track in Bloomington, and an $18.5 million new parking garage at IUPUI, will now be considered by the budget committee, which must sign off on construction projects at state institutions.
