Third-quarter hiring outlook dims in Greater Lafayette area

Hiring expectations for the third quarter in Greater Lafayette are far short of what they were for the second quarter. That's when a survey conducted by Manpower Inc. showed 57 percent of respondents planned to add employees -- the seventh most favorable forecast among 460 U.S. markets that were surveyed.
