INDOT has changed its design for the northernmost segments of Interstate 69 Section 4, including the highway’s intersection with Ind. 37, and is offering the public 15 days to comment on the plans.
The Section 4 Record of Decision was approved on Sept. 8, 2011, and since then, final design refinements to the interstate’s right-of-way have been identified and are summarized in a re-evaluation document.
The document is on the Web at www.i69indyevn.org/reevaluation-documents and is available for public review at the Bloomington Project Office, 3802 Industrial Blvd., which is north of Walmart, off of Ind. 45.
