Wakarusa feels pinch of 200 Monaco RV layoffs

WAKARUSA - RV manufacturer Monaco Coach Corp. has handed out hundreds of pink slips.

The Wakarusa company laid off 200 employees on Friday, a significant percentage of what the town manager estimates are about 1,200 people employed by the company. The cuts have already impacted one local business.
