Roberts decision to covert to apartments could encourage Muncie hotel development

MUNCIE -- Since the Roberts Hotel closed in downtown Muncie in November 2006, officials at the Horizon Convention Center have said they lost business from groups who wouldn't hold a gathering without a nearby hotel.
