Pinnacle Properties has closed its doors for a final time.

The property management company owned by embattled Bloomington developer Peter Dvorak officially ceased operations at 5 p.m. Friday, putting six of its current eight employees out of jobs.

Pinnacle's office in the former Portico's restaurant building on North Walnut Street is closed, and Dvorak will move back to a small office in the Johnson Creamery Building, which he owns. One of his workers will stay with him, and Keith Williamson, the former facilities manager for Pinnacle, will take over as head of Orion Management Group, a successor company that will continue management of properties still under Pinnacle control at its closure.
