Muncie business owners say property tax increases could put them out of business

MUNCIE -- Property taxes for Max Ford's clothing store have doubled for each of the past three years, bringing his annual tax bill to $26,000 -- or about $500 a week.

Ford and other local business owners say they simply can't afford to continue doing business under their current property tax burden.
