Tax bill has retired Muncie couple contemplating selling home

Last year, retirees Edith and Richard Mandy paid $5,784.56 in property taxes on their two houses and nine acres of land at 2700 S. Eaton Ave.

This year's tax bill is $11,831.76, an increase that has the couple, in their early 60s, contemplating moving away.
