A committee of the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission voted Tuesday in favor of a resolution aimed at securing high-speed rail funding for Indiana.

The APC administrative committee, which includes both mayors and a county commissioner, voted unanimously for the resolution. It calls for the area plan commission to help the state in any way to secure funding for high speed rail funding.
