Delaware County officials say other firms continue to consider Muncie

When a Walgreens shows up, expect a CVS Drug Store to appear nearby -- or vice-versa. When a McDonald's gets built, look for a Burger King.

When manufacturers start businesses, suppliers sometimes nestle nearby.

And that's more or less what happened when Sallie Mae located in Batavia, N.Y. Delaware County officials hope the same will happen here.
