Deal to help finance Wells County biofuel plant OK’d

BLUFFTON – Although it was a different plan than first proposed by those wanting to build a $134 million ethanol plant in Wells County, the agreement reached Friday morning between Bluffton and county officials may have brought the project a bit closer to construction.
