Lack of formal plan won’t likely deter Wells County ethanol plant money

BLUFFTON – A 2 1/2 -hour presentation by an ethanol-industry consultant raised few questions among Wells County and Bluffton officials Friday and will likely not alter the governments’ plans to provide economic development money for a proposed plant near Bluffton.
