ELKHART -- Patrick Industries is getting larger.
The Elkhart-based company announced Monday the acquisition of two related Warsaw-based companies — Frontline Manufacturing Inc. and Premier Concepts — in a deal valued at $8 million.
Frontline, a major manufacturer of fiberglass bath fixtures including tubs, showers and combination tub/shower units for the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing and residential housing markets, has projected 2013 annual sales of about $15 million, according to the release.
