MUNCIE -- If Congress and Barack Obama are going to spend a lot of money rebuilding the nation's infrastructure, Mayor Sharon McShurley wants to make sure Muncie gets its share.
McShurley has joined a growing number of mayors who are lobbying the federal government for financial aid through the U.S. Conference of Mayors Mainstreet Economic Recovery program.
