Ball State tuition increase to pay for raises for employees

MUNCIE -- The Ball State University Board of Trustees has approved a salary increase for faculty as well as professional and staff personnel.

The board's action allocates funding for salary increases of 2.7 percent, which allows merit-based raises designed to help retain the university's best employees.
