ome Allen County employees could follow in the footsteps of local businesses that have implemented four-day workweeks.

The county commissioners are seeking feedback from their appointed department heads about whether having employees work four days a week with longer hours could be feasible for county staff, county spokesman Mike Green said. They hope to have a better idea in the next few weeks of whether to try out the schedule.
