Delaware County commissioners in favor of TIF for fish farm

MUNCIE -- Bell Aquaculture cleared a major hurdle Monday in plans to expand its Albany perch farm.

The Delaware County commissioners voted unanimously to establish a 135-acre tax-increment financing district at the farm that would help promote economic development there.
