Muncie area companies will try to land supply contracts with Brevini and VAT today

MUNCIE -- There are a lot of hopes riding on today's supplier conferences for two local green energy suppliers.

In the separate conferences for two related companies -- Brevini Wind at 1 p.m. and VAT-Group at 3 p.m., both in the Horizon Convention Center -- companies from this area and beyond will try to win contracts to supply steel, iron forgings, electrical equipment and other goods and services.
