Muncie to cut back on snow plowing

Driving conditions will likely be worse because the city no longer has the resources to remove snow as well as it has in the past, Jonathan Morehead, Muncie superintendent of public works, told The Star Press Wednesday.

"It's going to be a tough winter unless it just doesn't snow," Morehead said. "That's the only solution: If it just doesn't snow."
