In 2016 RV industry experiences best November on record

The industry shipped 34,670 units in November, an increase of 26.9 percent over the same period in 2015, according to statistics released by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association. Shipments of all towable RVs rose 27.1 percent to 30,389 units, while all motorhome shipments increased 25.4 percent to 4,281 units in the month of November.

RV shipments for the year have reached 397,721, a 14.9 percent increase over this time last year. It has already been the best shipment year for the industry since 1977, but numbers continue to grow with December's total yet to be tabulated.
