Delaware County ponders what to do with $8 million

MUNCIE -- Delaware County Council must decide by the end of the year whether to accept or return an $8 million gift from state lawmakers.

During its special session this summer, the Indiana legislature agreed to let counties keep leftover child welfare money so long as they committed it to rainy-day funds.
