EDITORIAL: Muncie, Delaware County reorganization committee needs to get back to work

That some people are skeptical about the Muncie City Council's motive in tabling the most recent incarnation of the government consolidation measure -- making sure the i's are dotted and the t's crossed in the resolution -- is no surprise. The council was all but bullied into quickly passing the original resolution in March by the large crowds of vocal and unhappy taxpayers that have been a fixture at most council meetings since the first of the year.
