A third company has won a judgment against Columbus Components Group for nonpayments of goods or services. Press Automation Inc. of Elkhart received Monday a default judgment of $44,455.76 plus costs from Elkhart County Superior Court.
Press Automation filed suit April 3 against CCG seeking $42,888.59 for goods it sold to the company.
Three judgments against CCG total $62,339.20.
Excel Tool of Seymour received $11,330.08 April 14. Realize Inc. of Noblesville won $6,553.36 April 20.
CCG has mentioned the possibility of closing its plant in letters to employees and the city, and a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification sent to Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
CCG laid off 123 employees April 9. Four other lawsuits and two liens seeking $222,117.31 from CCG are pending.
