MUNCIE -- That Hoosiers want the Indiana General Assembly to do more about creating jobs and improving government efficiency comes as little surprise to some East Central Indiana lawmakers.

The twist in a new poll conducted by Ball State University's Bowen Center for Public Affairs is that Hoosiers are willing to pay higher taxes to make health care available to more people and improve schools
