DELPHI — After a full year of planning, Delphi residents finally get to see some action related to the city’s status as one of Indiana’s Stellar Communities.
Residents and community leaders kicked off the start of rehabilitation work on 11 historic houses near the downtown area.
“Claudann and I are thrilled to receive this money so the house can be in the shape it has been for years,” said David Burks, who lives with his wife in the lone house on the courthouse square.
