MUNCIE -- Muncie will have fewer teachers, and fuller classrooms, in 2011.
And that could be just the beginning of cost-saving measures Muncie Community Schools will have to implement to prepare for doomsday, in 2011, when its legislature-provided cushions are gone and the real effects of property tax caps, and the new school budget formula, are truly felt.
